JJJ > "Awixaway" real estate ad, 1931. The estate was located at 117 South Awixa Avenue and was built for brewer Rudolph Oelsner. It had sold in 1923 for $100,000 and was now being offered at an undisclosed price. The estate's contents were auctioned in 1933 and the property itself was sold at auction in 1939.
